To put mandatory birth control on girls under 18 and put mandatory contraception on women who have just delivered their 3rd child. I will also make in mandatory for men who have 3 children to have a vasectomy so we can keep the population at a reasonable level. I will also appeal to allow the elderly or terminally ill rights to request to time their own death through being euthanized. I will appeal to set aside more land for state and national parks and I will request to grant the great apes and dolphins and whales personhood. My last goal is to have canada, the united states, mexico and south america all join into one super nation and eventually get all nations to join as one and actually just be called earth. A one world government would be wonderful. We also need to stop state funding for football teams and sports teams and focus it toward science and space exploration. :) We need to breed the smartest of the smart offspring of all animals so eventually they'll be on par with us humans, helping us make discoveries.
