¿Can you come back to USA after you overstayed? Hello everybody, my story is like this: I entered to USA on the year 2000 with a tourist visa and then I overstayed for 12 years, also I worked with my name but with a fake social security, I also had son in USA, I got Medical and food stamps, now I would like to go back to Mexico to visit my relatives, and i was thinking trying to renew my visa and don't telling the immigration officer that I have a son born in USA and don't telling him that I overstayed, I also want to mention that I have never got arrested or deported, and I have heard that if you leave from Tijuana no one will check your passport or visa or anything like that, please tell me if somebody knows about this? or please tell me your experiences? do you guys think that they can find out about the Medical or food stamps? you guys think that I can lie to the consul and will be okay?
