Open Question: What can i do if someone signed and received my registered mail?

I got send some registered mail from mexico and i went to the post office to see if it had gotten there already because its been three weeks and they told me they had delivered it already and showed me on the computer the signature of the person that had signed it and i told them it wasnt my signature and i only have one neighbor so what can i do cause thats all the information they gave me im so mad how could the mail man make such huge mistake when theres only two houses on the side that i live in plus the adress is on the mail box...
